My colleagues have always raved about LD’s, and I’d driven past it countless times without stopping. On a day trip to Lake Geneva, we finally stopped in for lunch, and I’m so glad we did. The food was absolutely fantastic. The brisket, smoked sausage, and every side we tried were phenomenal. This instantly ranks among the best BBQ I’ve ever had. We’ll definitely be back soon.

The very best bbq in the midwest. We are now regulars. I recommend the sampler platter. Enough food for 2 plus leftovers. the food is phenomenal, the service top notch. I don't care for the Mac and cheese, but everything else is delicious.

My husband and I always make the trip here on our way back from visiting family in Illinois. We've had the food multiple times now and it never disappoints! Picked up some Brisket and Pulled Chicken and it was phenomenal! It shouldn't surprise me because this is, without a doubt, one of the best BBQ restaurants in the country. It's inside an old Burger King, check out the handles on the outside doors, but totally made over to a welcoming, family friendly, place to go. The staff is always amazing! They are there to help make your experience that much better. Do yourself a favor and turn this place, you will not be disappointed.
